When you sign up for Hugo, we ask you to add or exclude drivers from your policy. This is important! You want to make sure that anyone who uses your car with any regularity is insured to use it, and has their own Hugo account. You also want to make sure that anyone you live with that shouldn't be using your car is excluded.

But what happens when you have added someone, and now want to exclude them from your policy?

It's no problem. Contact support by text messaging or emailing support@withhugo.com and say that you want to exclude someone from your policy. We will ask you a few questions about that driver, update your policy, and email you a link to new documents you need to sign.

Once you've signed those documents online, we will contact the driver and let them know that they are no longer on your policy.
