We want to make sure that you never run out of coverage unexpectedly. That’s why we send you a text reminder when your account balance is low.
If your insurance is paused, we will only let you turn your insurance on if you have enough money in your account to cover at least a day. To check your account balance, text BALANCE and we'll reply with it.
If your account is low, text ADD, and select the number of days you want to purchase. We'll respond, confirming the number of days you want and the cost, before charging you. Then, we will bill the card you have on file with Hugo. You will receive a receipt in your email and a confirmation text message. Simple!
